Articles 13 and 14 Reg. (EU) No. 2016/679 (“GDPR”)
Pursuant to article 13 GDPR and with reference to personal data disclosed to and acquired by Studio Legale Serra, please note the following:

(b) Processing purpose and legal basis – The processing purpose is the performance of the professional mandate. Personal data may be also processed so as to comply with mandatory laws and regulations, including fiscal and accounting statutory provisions.
(c) Disclosure of personal data – Personal data may be disclosed to third parties only for the purposes stated at (b) above. In this respect, personal data may be disclosed to consultants; accountants or other lawyers; banks and insurance companies; and judicial or administrative authorities.
(d) Storage of personal data – Personal data will be stored during the performance of the professional mandate and for the further period provided by applicable laws and regulations.
(e) Failure to provide personal data – Failure to provide personal data may prevent the formation or the prosecution of the contract with the practitioner and may affect the performance of the professional mandate.
(f) Your rights – You have the following rights:
(i) To request access to personal data and related information; rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data; erasure of personal data; restriction or termination of personal data processing.
(ii) To request and obtain from the controller your personal data in a standard format for computer devices, also for the purpose of providing such personal data to another controller.
(iii) To withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
(iv) To lodge a complaint before the Italian supervisory authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
